Set how many days before expiry each alert level fires. Products are colour-coded in all views based on these thresholds.
🔴 Critical Alert
Products expiring within this many days are shown in red. Immediate action needed.

Trigger a low-stock alert if stock falls below this quantity (applies to products without individual minimums).
